Every year FLY Girl Fitness hosts women from across the globe for an exclusive, invitation-only retreat on the breathtaking shores of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. For two consecutive years, the FLY GIRL FITNESS Retreat has provided a transformative experience that blends fitness, relaxation, and empowerment.
Each invitee enjoys a luxurious oceanfront room, a private chef with a platinum dining meal package, and a meticulously curated 5-day, 4-night escape crafted by Coach K and the FGF Retreat Team.
Our participants also receive a signature FLY GIRL swag bag filled with premium goodies.
